Denys Pankratov

(born in 1988 in Kmelnytskyi, Ukraine) is a curator and artist whose work focuses on the representation of archives, the history and functioning of the museum as a public institution, the history of women’s, labor, and national movements, and the artistic avant-garde of Western Ukraine in the interwar period. Since 2019, he has lived and worked in Lviv and participated in activist initiatives. In 2021, with Viktoriia Dorr, they co-founded and co-curated Mizhkimnatnyi Prostir (“The Interroom Space”), an independent semi-private exhibition space. Since March 2022, he has participated in Kukhnia (“Kitchen”), a volunteer initiative that cooked for refugees in Lviv. Since May 2023, he has been serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (71st Jaeger Brigade).
